Difficult access to Centre’s new portal for pensioners

Union Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, Jitendra Singh said, this AI portal will send automatic alerts to pensioners and retired senior citizens. All parties involved in pension administration have been included in the new system. As a result, the customer no longer has to visit the respective offices. After reporting the complaint, he can know his situation through the portal. The National Pension Scheme believes that the pension customers will benefit from this new system.
