Police arrested a man for threatening to kill Congress MP Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Joro Yatra. The accused was arrested from Nagda in Madhya Pradesh. It is reported that the Nagda police have already informed the Crime Branch of Indore about the arrest. The arrested person is a resident of Uttar Pradesh’s Rae Bareli, police said. During the ‘Bharat Joro Yatra’ led by Rahul Gandhi, threats were made that Rahul would be bombed if he set foot in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A threatening letter was found outside a sweet shop in Juni police station area of Indore. The police took action after receiving the threat letter. Finally the accused was arrested. It is believed that this threat was given to Rahul due to his recent comments on Vir Savarkar. The police have started interrogation of the arrested to know the real reason.
