So far, 68 people have been reported dead in the terrible plane crash in Nepal. A Yeti Airlines passenger plane crashed while landing at Nepal’s Pokhara airport on Sunday. Rescue operation started immediately after the incident. Rescuers recovered 68 bodies. A search operation has started for the remaining four. Among the dead foreign passengers were five Indians, four Russians, two from South Korea and one each from Ireland, Australia, Argentina and France. According to Nepali media sources, two black boxes of the plane were recovered from the crash site on Monday morning. “The black boxes have been handed over to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal,” said Sudarshan Bartaula, a spokesman for Yeti Airlines. The cause of the accident will be known only after examining the information from the black box. It is the worst air crash in Nepal in last 3 decades.
