Three officials of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd, are convicted for Jail for failure of proving quality of Swan Papri. Today,Pithargore Judicial Magistrate convicted seller Lila dharPathak, distributor Ajay Joshi,and Assistant Manager Abishek kumar for six month jail alongwith financial fines under rule of Food Safety and Standard Act. It is known that on 17th October,2019 Officers of Food Safety Dept. collected the sample of Patanjali Navratna Ilaichi Swan Papri from a seller named Lila dharPathak and sent it for testing in forensic lab . When testing report came as under quality then a case was filed in court. Hence Patanjali product of Swan Papri is provided as a product of below quality and concerned three persons convicted as guilty for Jail.
