On Friday, through the sincere efforts of troops of Anti Human Trafficking Unit of Border Security Force deployed in the border area at Changrabandha under Jalpaiguri Sector in North Bengal Frontier of BSF on Indo-Bangladesh border of Coochbehar district of West Bengal rescued a minor girl of Coochbehar (West Bengal) from the general area of Dhupguri, Jalpaiguri (West Bengal) with the help of Mekhliganj Police. She was missing since 19 Mar 2023 while she was going to Helapakri More under Mekhliganj PS in Coochbehar district of West Bengal. Though, she was lured in love with one person of Bhootbari, Helapakri More, PS-Mekhliganj, Distt-Coochbehar (West Bengal) through social media. Further, rescued minor girl was safely handed over to her parents on 25 Mar 2023 at about 1100 hrs. The family members of the minor girl heartily appreciated such prompt action by the BSF.
